The difference
Why Dropple
There are dozens of skin shops. Most compete on price and are vague about everything else. These are the four things we do differently, and each one is checkable on any listing.
7 decimals
Float precision
Most shops round to two. A 0.0069 Factory New and a 0.0690 Factory New are the same tier and very different items - you should be able to tell which one you're buying.
0
Fees at checkout
The listed price is the total. Card and the displayed currency make no difference to what you are charged.
Stated
Delivery date
Every listing tells you whether it ships in minutes, on a specific date, or after a sourcing window. Before you pay.
Zero
Random-outcome mechanics
No cases, no roulette, no upgraders anywhere on this site. You buy a specific item at a stated price.
Worked example
Why two decimals isn't enough
These two items are both Factory New. A shop that rounds to two decimals shows you the same number for each.
Rounded to two decimals, both read 0.01. Top 1% of its tier. Commands a real premium and holds it.
Rounded to two decimals, both read 0.07. Bottom of the same tier. Visibly worn on some finishes, worth substantially less.
Factory New spans 0.00-0.07 - a tenfold range in float, and a wide range in price.
