Complaints Procedure
How to complain, what happens next, and where to escalate if we get it wrong.
Last updated 19 August 2026 · DSTF OÜ, registry code 17574053
Step 1 - tell us
Email info@dropple.shop with your order reference and what went wrong. You can also open a ticket from your account, which keeps the whole thread in one place.
We acknowledge every complaint within one working day.
Step 2 - our investigation
We aim to give a substantive answer within five working days. If we need longer - for example because we are waiting on a payment provider - we will tell you why and give you a date.
Step 3 - escalation
If you are not satisfied, ask for the complaint to be escalated to the management board of DSTF OÜ. We will review it and reply in writing.
Step 4 - outside resolution
As an EU consumer you can take an unresolved dispute to the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Amet), or to the alternative dispute resolution body in your own country. Using our procedure first does not affect that right.
