The agreement between you and DSTF OÜ when you purchase a digital in-game cosmetic item through Dropple.
Last updated 1 September 2026 · DSTF OÜ, registry code 17574053
1. Who we are
Dropple is an online store operated by DSTF OÜ, Keskväljak 4, Jõhvi, Ida-Viru maakond 41531, Estonia (registry code 17574053). You can contact us at info@dropple.shop.
DSTF OÜ is the sole seller of every item listed on Dropple. Dropple does not host third-party sellers and does not enable customers to list items for sale to other customers or receive sale proceeds through Dropple.
Dropple is independent from Valve Corporation. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or associated with Valve Corporation. Counter-Strike, CS2 and Steam are trademarks of Valve Corporation.
2. What we sell
We sell digital in-game cosmetic items for Counter-Strike 2. Each listing identifies the item offered for sale and may include characteristics such as float value, paint seed, sticker configuration and pattern information.
The item purchased is a virtual item delivered to the Steam account specified for the order. No physical goods are supplied.
Dropple does not provide gambling, betting, wagering or random-outcome services. We do not operate case opening, roulette, coinflip, upgrader or similar chance-based mechanics. The customer selects an identified item before payment at a disclosed price.
Dropple does not provide stored monetary balances, cash withdrawals, money transfers, customer-to-customer payments or cash redemption of purchased items. Items purchased from us cannot be redeemed with DSTF OÜ for cash.
3. Prices and taxes
The price shown for an item is the total price payable to DSTF OÜ for that item unless the checkout clearly states otherwise. We do not add a separate service, handling, booking or card-payment surcharge.
Payments are charged in EUR. Prices displayed in other currencies are indicative conversions for reference only unless the checkout expressly states that another currency will be charged.
Prices include VAT or other applicable taxes where required by law. Any applicable tax information will be displayed before the order is submitted.
4. Orders and contract formation
By submitting an order, you make an offer to purchase the identified item on these Terms. A contract is formed when DSTF OÜ accepts the order and confirms it to you.
We may refuse or cancel an order before delivery where the item is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or listing error, payment is declined or cannot be verified, we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse, or completing the order would breach applicable law or sanctions.
If we accept an order but cannot fulfil it, we will refund the amount paid in accordance with our Refund & Withdrawal Policy.
For items described as sourced to order, we may acquire the identified item after the order is placed. The delivery timing and cancellation rights for such orders are set out in our Delivery Policy and Refund & Withdrawal Policy.
5. Payments
Card and other electronic payments are processed through third-party payment service providers. Payment may be subject to authorisation, fraud screening and additional authentication, including authentication requested by your card issuer or payment provider.
We may delay acceptance or delivery while a payment is pending or being verified. If payment is declined, reversed before delivery, cannot be verified or is reasonably identified as fraudulent, we may refuse or cancel the order.
Where a refund is due, it will be returned to the original payment method unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion rules or fees, which are outside our control.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable law or under the rules applicable to your payment card or payment provider. You must not knowingly initiate a fraudulent or abusive payment dispute in relation to a transaction you authorised and an item that was delivered as agreed.
6. Your account and Steam details
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase from us.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for providing accurate information required to fulfil your order.
You must provide a valid Steam trade URL and use a Steam account that can receive trade offers. Steam Guard, trade holds, trade bans or other Steam restrictions may prevent or delay delivery.
We will never ask for your Steam password, Steam login token or Steam API key. You should not provide those credentials to us or to anyone claiming to act for us.
7. Delivery
We deliver purchased items by Steam trade offer sent from an account controlled by DSTF OÜ to the Steam trade URL provided for the order. The trade message may include your order reference so that you can identify the offer.
Delivery is completed when you accept the Steam trade offer and the purchased item is transferred to the Steam account specified for the order.
Steam may apply trade locks or other restrictions that we cannot shorten or waive. Each listing may indicate whether an item is ready to send, trade-locked or sourced to order. Detailed delivery timing, customer requirements and procedures for expired or failed trade offers are set out in our Delivery Policy.
You are responsible for checking that the Steam account and trade URL supplied for the order are correct and able to receive the item. If delivery cannot be completed, the consequences and any applicable refund are governed by our Delivery Policy and Refund & Withdrawal Policy.
8. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
Your cancellation, statutory withdrawal and refund rights are set out in our Refund & Withdrawal Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Where applicable EU consumer law gives a right to withdraw from a distance contract, the rules for digital content and immediate supply may apply. Where required, we will obtain your prior express consent to immediate supply and your acknowledgement of the consequences for your withdrawal right at checkout.
Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory statutory rights relating to digital content or an item that is not supplied as agreed or is otherwise non-conforming.
9. Prohibited use and compliance
- You must not use Dropple for unlawful activity, money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion or to move value obtained unlawfully.
- You must not use automated tools to scrape, overload, disrupt or interfere with the website or its systems, or attempt to circumvent security, fraud-prevention or purchase controls.
- You must not resell or transfer access to your Dropple account.
- We may request information reasonably required for fraud prevention, sanctions screening, identity verification or other legal and compliance purposes, and may refuse or cancel a transaction where required or reasonably justified.
10. Third-party platforms and liability
Delivery depends on Steam and services operated by Valve Corporation. We are not responsible for Steam outages, account restrictions, trade holds or changes to Steam or Valve policies that are outside our reasonable control, although this does not affect any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
The market value of digital cosmetic items may change. We do not guarantee any future market value, resale price or liquidity of an item.
To the extent permitted by law, DSTF OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Complaints and disputes
If you have a problem with an order, contact us first at info@dropple.shop and include your order reference where available. Our Complaints Policy provides further information about how complaints are handled.
These Terms are governed by Estonian law. If you are a consumer resident in another EU or EEA country, you retain any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights that apply to you under applicable law.
12. Changes to these Terms
The version of these Terms in force when your order is accepted applies to that order. We may update these Terms for future orders, including to reflect changes in law, our services or third-party platform requirements.
Material changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Changes do not retrospectively alter a contract already concluded unless required by law or expressly agreed with you.
13. Incorporated policies
The following policies form part of these Terms where applicable to your use of Dropple: Refund & Withdrawal Policy, Delivery Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, AML / KYC Notice and Complaints Policy.
If a policy contains more specific rules for the subject it covers, those specific rules apply together with these Terms, subject always to mandatory applicable law.
