Before delivery - full refund, no questions
If we have not yet sent the trade offer, you can cancel for any reason and receive a full refund of everything you paid. Email info@dropple.shop with your order reference.
This covers every order that is still sourcing or waiting for a Steam trade lock to expire - which, given the platform's 7-day lock, is a real and useful window.
If we cannot deliver
If we cannot acquire the item you ordered, or cannot deliver it to your Steam account, we refund the full amount charged to your original payment method. We aim to do this within three working days of establishing that delivery is not possible.
Right of withdrawal for digital content
Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content supplied immediately, that right is lost once supply has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right.
At checkout you confirm both. In practice this means: once we have sent the trade offer and you have accepted it, the sale is final. Until then, the section above applies and you can cancel freely.
Items that are not as described
Your statutory rights are unaffected. If the item you receive does not match the float, paint seed, sticker configuration or pattern tier stated on the listing, contact us and we will put it right - by replacement where an equivalent exists, or by a full refund.
What we will not refund
- A fall in the market value of an item after delivery.
- A change of mind after you have accepted the trade offer.
- An item you have since traded, sold or otherwise disposed of.
